Terms of Service
Version 2026-09-10 · Effective September 10, 2026
These terms govern your membership in the Safe Space for Creation community portal. Members accept them when they join, and they are reproduced here so you can read them at any time.
Community purpose
Safe Space for Creation is a free community portal for identifying problems, developing ideas, and collaborating on solutions. SafeSpaceBot helps orchestrate creation — the platform does not guarantee outcomes, funding, or implementation.
Free membership vs optional support
Creating an account and using core platform features is free. Optional financial support — for SafeSpace operations or for community project causes — is voluntary, separate from membership, and subject to additional disclosures shown at the time of giving.
Your responsibilities
You are responsible for the accuracy of information you provide, for how you use SafeSpaceBot-generated outputs, and for any collaborations, meetings, or projects you pursue outside or inside this platform. You agree to participate respectfully and not to use the platform for unlawful, harmful, or deceptive purposes.
SafeSpaceBot-generated content
Analysis, simulations, proposals, reports, and other outputs may be produced by SafeSpaceBot and public-data synthesis. These outputs are starting points for human judgment — not professional, legal, financial, medical, or engineering advice. You must verify critical facts before acting.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the site owner, operators, and contributors of Safe Space for Creation provide this platform "as is" without warranties of any kind. They shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages arising from your use of the platform, reliance on SafeSpaceBot outputs, collaborations with other users, or any project outcomes — including loss of data, revenue, opportunity, or goodwill.
Waiver and release
By accepting these terms, you waive and release the site owner and operators from claims related to your participation in the community, use of SafeSpaceBot, sharing of ideas, and any decisions or actions taken based on platform content — except where such waiver is prohibited by applicable law.
Co-ownership and sharing
Ideas and content you submit may be visible to collaborators you invite. You retain responsibility for what you choose to share. The community mission is co-created; individual spaces and workspaces belong to their participants.
